As a project- and investment inc. we focus on the upcoming topics of the future. Exemplarily we develop healthcare operating companies in the psychosomatic area and the corresponding properties or alternatively mobile diagnostic centres and linked, multiple testing stations.
In this way we invest in day- and in-patient clinics for psychosomatics. With all our participation we think ahead and have an eye on the big issues of our time: health, environment, nutrition.
We, that are experts who look back on many years of experience in highly diverse disciplines and spare no effort today to make our future more sustainable, healthier and worth living.
„We don`t invest in pure ideas, products or companies.
We invest in commitment and ideas which make
the future sustainable and worth living.
We invest in people who back them up and
stand up for those ideas with passion.“
This approach makes us a desirable partner.
We develop, and you benefit from it.
Diabetes mellitus is a widespread disease in Germany that affects around seven million people. In North Rhine-Westphalia alone, there are currently more than 1.6 million people with the condition. In addition to the obvious physical effects of the metabolic disorder, the neglected psychological stress of those affected often plays a role in the disease. A few years ago, the St. Josef Hospital and the LWL University Hospital Bochum launched a joint project to provide more holistic care for patients with diabetes.
The number of suicides in Germany has seen an alarming upward trend in recent years. After reaching an all-time low in 2019, the number of people taking their own lives has risen significantly again. According to current figures, around 10,300 people died by suicide in 2023, an increase of 1.8 percent over the previous year and as much as 14 percent over 2019. This development is a cause for concern and raises urgent questions about the causes and necessary preventive measures.
Anxiety disorders have become a growing health issue in Germany. According to a recent study by the Robert Koch Institute (RKI), 15.3 percent of adults in Germany in 2023 reported suffering from a diagnosed anxiety disorder in the last 12 months. This clearly underscores the need for increased prevention and treatment measures. While fear is a natural reaction to threats that is essential for survival, persistent and excessive fears can severely restrict daily life and lead to significant psychological stress.
Here we pool everything which we call a contemporary, sustainable clinic concept.
It is our aim to establish a unique acute clinic group for psychosomatic medicine.
Here our clinic property is organised consolidatedly.
So synergies are generated and and the approach to all participations are secured.
We hand over our knowledge to healthcare and health management.
Right now: this participation takes the complete infrastructure and the medical know how how of corona tests and corona rapid tests to you and your customers.
On offer: mobile laboratory and smear lines for citizens, sports associations, big or small events, gastronomy, industry, hotels and local communities.
We are able to do a lot but not everything on our own – that`s why we bet on a great partner network which complements us exactly at that point where our know-how reaches the limits.
